HITBOX enables users to create and distribute remixes and track their performance across connected platforms. By using the Services, you agree that your information may be processed in the United States and other jurisdictions.

  • Account & Wallet Information: Account details and wallet identifiers, including hybrid custody wallets and connected external wallets.
  • Remix & Usage Data: Stems used, remix activity, timestamps, distribution events, and engagement signals.
  • Device & Technical Data: Device type, browser, IP address, and similar signals.
  • Social Platform Data: If you connect accounts from platforms such as Meta (Instagram/Facebook), TikTok, X, or YouTube, we receive limited information such as your account ID, username, and authorized performance metrics.
  • Authentication Providers: If you use services like Dynamic.xyz, Google, or Apple to sign in, we receive basic authentication data.
2. How We Use Information
  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Services.
  • Enable remix creation, distribution, and attribution.
  • Display performance analytics for content you create or distribute across connected platforms.
  • Ensure security, prevent fraud, and enforce policies.
  • Comply with legal obligations.
3. Social Platform Integrations

You may choose to connect your accounts from platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, or YouTube. We only access this data after you explicitly authorize the connection via OAuth.

We use this data solely to:
  • verify account ownership
  • display analytics and engagement metrics
  • attribute performance to your remixes

We do not sell or transfer social platform data obtained through APIs to third parties, and we do not use such data for advertising targeting.

You may revoke access at any time through your HITBOX settings or directly within the respective platform.

4. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies for functionality and analytics. Where required, we obtain consent before using non-essential cookies.

5. How We Share Information
  • Service providers (hosting, analytics, authentication).
  • Legal compliance and safety obligations.

  • Public blockchain systems where remix metadata may be recorded and permanently visible.

We retain data only as long as necessary to provide the Services and comply with legal obligations. Certain blockchain data may be permanent.

We implement reasonable safeguards to protect your data. No system is completely secure.

HITBOX is not intended for children under 13.
